Mamee attended Apple training class on how to use her Mac Air and learnt how to make a video.  She made this video on the celebration of Gong Gong's birthday in 2007.  Mamee said that Gong Gong used to bring her to this Oasis Porridge restaurant when she was young.  It was a "floating restaurant" on the Kallang river. Mamme also said that the restaurant would be closed down to make for a new sports hub and so let's all go there to celebrate Gong Gong's birthday before the place was gone.  It was also the National Day preview and we watched fireworks while we ate our dinner. 

Robovites Every Morning

Mummy thinks my robot is cute and she also likes the way i drew the sun and the arrow :)

 

My Pomelo Lantern

Mummy said that her favourite lantern when she's a child is..... A pomelo lantern. Yes, it's free and nice smelling too. Mummy and i had a wonderful candlelight dinner tonight. :)

Satay, Satay, I Love U

Popo recommended a satay stall @ Chinatown and we had satay for dinner there.

Ooh Eeh Ooh Ah Aah Ting Tang Walla Walla Bing Bang

Oh yes, 1 September is also ACES (All Children Exercise Simultaneously) Day in my school. Besides Teachers' Day Celebrations, we had a mass workout and we all danced to a routine based on the catchy Witch Doctor song. Ooh Eeh Ooh Ah Aah Ting Tang Walla Walla Bing Bang! (x4). GREAT FUN! I went home and taught mummy and mama to dance with me! :D

Teachers' Day Appreciation

Teachers' Day celebrations were held in school today. I prepared 3 handmade cards to show my appreciation to Mrs Tan, 李老师 and Ms Kong. One of my best friend, Cheryl Kwan, said that the cards are very special. Mrs Tan seemed to be on cloud nine when she received my card. ;-D
